I've never heard of Skinny Fiber. FWIW if you eat anything with enough fiber you're gonna continously use the bathroom and thus lose weight.Do diet pills work ? I read things about Skinny Fiber. Has anyone tried this product ?

When I started, I was also considering some of these products. But what helped me the most was learning about self-regulation and concepts like self-efficacy. I don't workout hard and I don't workout to lose weight. I eat and use mental strategies to lose weight but I don't "diet". Welcome aboard D! I read that stat quite a while ago (Only 10% lose weight and keep it off for 1+ years) and it's kind of disheartening. I keep telling myself I'm going to be part of that 10% but my history of loosing and then gaining weight says otherwise.
